Under the support of Council of Labor Affairs, the first exhibition hall combining safety and health professions and audio-video display technologies, of area of hundred square meters, for two hundred visitors to be comfortably accommodated simultaneously, was established in August 2002.

Except for ordinary labor and populace, main visitor class groups will be students of professional senior high school and technical colleges and universities. Through the coordination of Ministry of Education, arrangement for students to visit in the annually outside curriculum was made. The Area of First Impression

Once entering the exhibition hall, visitors will see pictures of labor in various lines concentrating on their jobs and sufficiently showing industrious, happy and hopeful spirits of Taiwan labor. The flickering designs showed that behind the job were the hiding possible occupational hazards. And the "Distorted Clock" represents the variability of the operation time of our labor. Also as a metaphor for the labor that met their unfortunate fate, with the meaning of their life and time twisted; so to manifest the Importance of the exhibition subject-the occupational safety and health .

The Habits Area of the Nationals

Disorder, take the risk and dirtiness were general bad habits of blue collar labor in their way of life. Once formed, they were often brought out in the job field, raising the risk of occupational accidents. In order to let visitors keenly realize the influence of personal bad habits, we showed the production and filming of the movie "the Story of Ah-Sien", an ardent promising young man experiencing an accident in the job field due to bad living habit, causing an irrevocable tragedy.

Visitors will see different labor pictures of good and bad habits through simple interactive tests except watching films, so as to reinforce visitors' impression experiencing the educability and liveliness in this region.

The "Noise in the Workplace"-Let the visitors hear uncomfortable noises through automatic induction devices with noises often heard in construction sites, like knocking brick-walls and power drills, and view the displayed anti-noise fittings with explanations of the influence of noises on health.
